Provide on-site coaching for top 32 leaders and influencers of 1,400-person workforce during intense construction phase. Fortnightly site visits with leaders. Included 360o feedback, coaching and participating in site meetings.

Create and provide outplacement support for workers and management impacted by redundancy and downturn in industry from operators to mine manager. Service provided to 130 plus personnel.Similar process provided to mine that had reached end of life of mine.

European location where “local” staff and operators were in dispute with expat managers and supply of electricity was at risk and safety was an issue. Worked with all parties over a two-week assignment to resolve issues and create level of team work, improve leadership’s understanding of their impact.

Change catalyst and coach role to work with internal Project manager associated with introducing major step change process within bank. Included identifying and engaging key stakeholders in all steps of process design and implementation to go live date, internal communications and buy in achieved.

Change catalyst and coach role to work with internal head of recruitment to design fit for purpose model across state entities- away from current silos. Included all aspects from stakeholder engagement from internal clients, creating Service Level Agreements, professional behaviour and leadership styles as context for leaders and providing support for leaders as implementation was carried out which including shedding significant level of current FTE.

Worked with senior executive and management in measuring current operating culture at takeover of business which included some 4,000 staff. Ongoing partnering with company over 6 years to include remeasure of operating culture and providing 360o feedback to approximately 150 leaders, managers and supervisors. Included work on succession planning and performance management.
