We have found most clients know why they need to change, sometimes an idea on what may need to change, but ask for our assistance with how to implement the change, how to sell the change, get buy in and generate momentum with both those in a leadership and influencing position and staff.
Depending on internal capability and resources this can include creating communication strategies and themes, linking the change initiative with their leadership styles, behaviours and interpersonal relationships that can include internal and external stakeholders as well as staff, identifying measurable short and long term milestone and outcomes and creating a continuous improvement culture.
We do not have an off the shelf model nor fixed mindset, but generate this with clients as we learn more about their business, their people and get clarity around the expectation of our role.
